You just never know what might pop out of my mouth at any given moment. I might be talking about my Indian Ringneck, or Full Time RVing. Maybe I'll be talking about the path to happiness or griping about the state of healthcare or maybe about chronic illness. I have lots to say and sometimes I'm just plain RANDOM.

Occupy

Over the course of my life I have seen many events that I have considered historically worthy, none so much as the Occupy Wall Street movement that has swept over the world to become Occupy Together.

I am moved, impressed, touched, and inspired by the brave people who have been, are now, and who will be a part of this ongoing movement.

Because of that inspiration many pieces of writing, both articles and poetry, have come through me. I will share them on my blog and gather them here on this page for as long as this blog exists and hopefully many will also be inspired, touched, and moved through my writing as I was to create it.

I have included at the bottom of this page a livestream player and chat from globalrevolution which streams many of the occupations live throughout the day and night. I often watch this stream myself to keep up with the events happening around the globe.

Arresting a middle-aged writer in an evening gown for peaceable conduct is a far cry from when America was a free republic.

Last night I was arrested in my home town, outside an event to which I had been invited, for standing lawfully on the sidewalk in an evening gown.

As we entered the space, we saw that about 200 Occupy Wall Street protesters were peacefully assembled and were chanting. They wanted to address Governor Andrew Cuomo, who was going to be arriving at the event. They were using a technique......

Even if you don’t support the “causes” of the movement,
