You just never know what might pop out of my mouth at any given moment. I might be talking about my Indian Ringneck, or Full Time RVing. Maybe I'll be talking about the path to happiness or griping about the state of healthcare or maybe about chronic illness. I have lots to say and sometimes I'm just plain RANDOM.

Gratitude Challenge

Gratitude Challenge

15 days of gratitude
I want to put out a 15 day challenge to everyone. This is primarily a facebook challenge but can be done without a facebook by making a scrapbook or utilizing another site to make the photo album on.
The challenge is a 15 day gratitude challenge. Every day of the challenge you will post a new picture depicting the thing you are thankful for for the category listed that day. Be sure to post a caption with it. The caption should include “15 day gratitude challenge” the day number and the item for the day along with any message you wish to include. You can take the picture yourself, use a picture from an old album, get a picture from the web or whatever you need to do.
Here’s the list:
Day 1  – What are you thankful for TODAY!
Day 2  – One person who you are most thankful for in your life.
Day 3  – Someone who gave you advice you are thankful for.
Day 4  – Someone you should thank, though you may have never done it.
Day 5  – A place you are thankful to have been.
Day 6  – Someone who got your through a tough time that you are thankful for.
Day 7  – Someone who has passed away who you are thankful you got to know.
Day 8  – A memory you are thankful for.
Day 9  – An experience you are thankful you had.
Day 10 – A relative you are thankful for.
Day 11 – Someone who taught you a difficult lesson that you are thankful for.

Day 13 – A change in the past 5 years you are most thankful for.
Day 14 – A change in the past year you are most thankful for.

Every day is a blessing because you never know which one might be your last. Be thankful you have today. Gratitude is the greatest gift you can give yourself and others. So let’s start practicing with this challenge.
